Robert Radi, PhD was recently appointed to a second term on the Riverside County Transportation Commission (RCTC), representing the City of La Quinta. With an annual budget of about $1.2 billion, the RCTC plans and implements transportation and transit improvements, assists local governments with money for local streets and roads, helps smooth the way for commuters and goods movement, and ensures Riverside County residents have adequate access to transportation. RCTC, a state agency, is governed by a 34-member commission that includes a mayor or council member from each of Riverside County’s cities, all five of the County’s Board of Supervisors, and a non-voting member appointed by Governor Jerry Brown.
Dr. Radi is a senior-level executive with over 20 years of experience in various areas including product development, branding and marketing, strategic planning and execution, organization development, crisis management, executive coaching and training, change management, and financial management. Currently, Radi sits on the La Quinta City Council and is President of Integral Advantage Inc., a boutique strategic advisory, executive development and management consulting firm. Dr. Radi earned his Presidents and Key Executives MBA from Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business and Management in 2011.
