Marketing and sales executive Caroline MacDonald was recently named a Woman of Influence by the L.A. Biz Journal. In January, MacDonald will be honored as a business leader and mentor at the 2016 L.A. Biz Women of Influence program. The program honors 50 women business leaders in the Los Angeles area who excel on professional and humanitarian levels, and who thrive in the marketplace while also being fully committed to giving back to their community.
MacDonald is recognized for her work building the Auberge Resorts Collection into one of the most celebrated luxury hotel brands in the world. She is also recognized for her work with Chrysalis, a non-profit organization that supports homeless and low-income individuals by giving them the skills and assistance to find meaningful employment. As a board member, Caroline donates a significant amount of her time to Chrysalis and the local Los Angeles community in an effort to give back. Her accomplishments are reflective of her commitment to the hospitality industry and the community at-large. She received her Executive MBA from Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business and Management in 2013.
