Noelle advocated changes to H1B visa requirements to incentivize foreigner talent contributing to the intellectual capital of U.S. companies to stay in the country. Speaking on One America Network, the San Diego-based conservative cable newscast, she spoke about immigration and that she describes as a crisis of human talent in the U.S.
Noelle is founder and chief executive officer of apparel startup American Love Affair. She was joined on the One America Network segment by current Presidents and Key Executive MBA student Ira Gabriel, who recently was named vice president of marketing of the trade association Specialty Equipment Market Association.
