Justin is putting the Certificate in Socially, Environmentally, andEthically Responsible (SEER) Business Strategy he earned at the Graziadio School to use as the West Coast business development manager for Genan, Inc. As the world’s leading company for the extraction and production of rubber powder from scrap tires, Genan’s high-quality, recycled rubber products are used to manufacture synthetic turfs and playgrounds and to supply the rubber industry. With sustainability at its core, Genan is aiming to capture a 10 percent share of the global tire recycling market over the next decade.
After college, Justin worked as a financial advisor at Waddell & Reed and in the nonprofit sector as the director of Metro Detroit YMCA’s Strong Kids Campaign. Justin enrolled at the Graziadio School in 2010 and began developing his knowledge of mergers and acquisitions as an intern at Lionfish Advisors. He later joined Seahorn Capital Group, an executive production, advisory and management consulting firm, as a project associate.
