Taylor recently joined Union Bank as a human resources strategic project consultant after earning his MBA with a concentration in leadership and managing organizational change from the Graziadio School. While at Pepperdine, Taylor also developed an expertise in human resources as a project manager intern at Union Bank, where he worked to enhance the customer service experience. A natural leader, Taylor distinguished himself at the Graziadio School by serving as a project manager for the 2011 and 2012 Socially, Environmentally, and Ethically Responsible (SEER) Symposiums and as the project manager for events hosted by Pepperdine’s Net Impact organization. Furthermore, Taylor represented Pepperdine at the Molson International Case Competition in Montreal, Canada.
After studying real estate in college, Taylor served six years as a sales associate for the South Florida division of PulteGroup, one of the nation’s largest homebuilders. At PulteGroup, Taylor embraced human resources, leading new hire orientations and serving as a mentor to company interns. As a sales associate, he negotiated and sold over 160 new home contracts and facilitated the transition of the South Florida divisional sales team during PulteGroup’s acquisition of homebuilder Centex. In January 2011, he was recognized as PulteGroup’s Salesperson of the Month.
