Dave has joined Account Control Technology, Inc. (ACT), a national leader in delivering debt management and recovery solutions, as vice president of quality assurance and global process improvement. He comes to ACT with over 10 years of experience using Lean Six Sigma methodology in financial, call center and manufacturing environments to drive process improvement.
Prior to joining ACT, Dave held various positions with Bank of America, with his last role being a quality executive for consumer products in executive customer relations. He earned his Six Sigma Black Belt certification during his nearly six years at General Electric, and he received his Master Black Belt & Lean Master certification while at Baxter Bioscience. Dave’s diversified experience also includes work at 21st Century Insurance.
