blake.terreriBlake has joined medical-related real estate company Montecito Medical Operating Company (MMOC) as assistant vice president of acquisitions. Responsible for finance and underwriting activities and directly advising the CEO, CFO and SVP of acquisitions on potential transactions, he boards the transaction group in Santa Barbara, CA. Montecito Medical is one of the nation’s largest, privately held companies specializing in acquiring and funding developments of medical related real estate.

Blake’s cumulative experience represents over $1.5 billion worth of real estate projects as a combination of acquisitions, dispositions, debt & equity underwriting, marketing, leasing, and asset management.

Previously, Blake was a partner at Palmer Capital Inc., where he was responsible for managing over 110 corporate accounts ranging from ultra-high net worth individuals and family offices to the largest private equity real estate firms, REITs and international equity investors for the Investment Sales Team. Blake was an independent strategic business consultant and analyst. He was also once a leasing specialist with Jones Lang LaSalle, as well as an associate and research analyst with Newmark Knight Frank.

Blake was the first runner up at Pepperdine’s 2011 Business Plan Competition. He earned $5,000 for his advertising company, Impakt Media Group, specializing in the design and delivery of mobile billboards.
