Nicole recently joined the Country Music Association (CMA) as the new senior manager of market research. Nicole will manage a broad range of research initiatives related to CMA events and the CMA Insiders, a proprietary consumer panel, that provides valuable insights for better understanding the consumer. She will design, manage, and report primary and secondary research sources as part of the CMA’s efforts to provide the industry with actionable insights to help grow the country music fan base.
Nicole previously served as senior project manager for Market Decisions Corporation in Portland, Ore. where she managed all aspects of full service research. Prior to that position, she held marketing and media management positions with Pierre Marcolini Chocolatier and Victoria’s Secret Beauty.
Nicole holds a bachelor of business administration from Belmont University and a master of business administration degree from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and Management.
