Suzette Tunnell, MBA ’98

Suzette recently joined Coldwell Banker Tomlinson Group as a sales associate. She’ll be working in the Boise, Idaho area, as well as parts of Oregon.

She has over twenty-five years experience in business management, interior design, health and social service field, and education. Suzette held positions of CEO/executive director, vice president of business development and marketing, development director, design consultant, and educator at businesses and schools in California, Oregon, and Idaho.

Suzette taught in the Oregon and California public and private school systems. She was development director for private schools in Los Angeles, Calif. She was VP of development and marketing for Frontier Bank, in Buena Park, Calif., and foundation coordinator for San Pedro Peninsula Hospital in San Pedro, Calif. Suzette was also VP of interior design for Rados/Botich International Corporation in Los Angeles.

She served as director of health and human services for eight years and executive director for four years with Joint Efforts, Inc., a multi-million social services corporation in Los Angeles County, Caif.  Under Suzette Tunnell’s leadership, Joint Efforts, Inc. was awarded “Employer of the Year” award for California in 2003, by the California Employer Advisory Council and the governor’s office, and the City of Los Angeles. She relocated back to Idaho in 2004 and served as executive director for the Alzheimer’s Association Greater Idaho Chapter from 2005 – 2009.

Suzette received a bachelor of arts in education from the University of Portland in Oregon. Later, she received a master of business administration degree from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and Management.
