Kelly has joined SKYDEX Technologies as it’s new president and chief operations officer. SKYDEX Technologies is a developer of impact mitigation, blast-limiting and vibration attenuation solutions for military and commercial applications
“Kelly’s background in national sales, corporate growth and development, and new product launches is the perfect fit for SKYDEX’s expansion into commercial and industrial markets,” said SKYDEX CEO Mike Buchen.
Prior to joining SKYDEX, Kelly was with The Comex Group in Denver, Colorado, where she was the national vice president of sales. During her tenure, she directed a streamlined national pricing strategy that improved overall margins, increased year-over-year sales revenues and greatly enhanced productivity for the company. Previously, Kelly was with Johns Manville, where she was the director of commercial operations responsible for the national sales strategy for one of their strategic business lines. She has also worked for Solvay, PPG Industries and USG Corporation.

Kelly earned a bachelor of science degree in chemistry from the University of Illinois. In 1992, Kelly went on to earn a master of business administration degree from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and Management.
