James T. Glover, Executive MBA ’82

James was recently appointed to the board of directors at Organovo Holdings, Inc., a biotechnology company focused on delivering breakthrough three-dimensional (3D) bioprinting technology. James was also appointed to serve as chair of the audit committee, chair of the compensation committee and as a member of the nominating and corporate governance committee of the board.

James was the senior vice president, operations and chief financial officer of Anadys Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a publicly traded biopharmaceutical company acquired by Hoffmann-La Roche Inc., from 2006 to 2009. From 1989 to 2006, he was employed by Beckman Coulter, Inc., a leading biomedical testing instruments company, most recently serving as senior vice president and chief financial officer. James served as a director of Varian, Inc., a publicly-traded company purchased by Agilent Technologies, and was Varian’s audit committee chairman. He currently serves as a director for a non-profit corporation.

James received his B.S. in accounting from California State Polytechnic University and his MBA from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and Management.
