Tracy Liu, MBA ’11

Tracy is now working for the Corporate Citizenship, Insights & Integration team at The Walt Disney Company.

The Insights and Integration team is focused on developing enterprise-wide strategies and approaches that consider Disney’s three core citizenship principles: Act and create in an ethical manner, and consider the consequences of our decisions on people and the planet; Champion the happiness and well-being of kids and families in our endeavors; and inspire kids, parents, employees and communities to make a lasting, positive change in the world.

In addition, the team serves as an internal ‘think tank’ on emerging citizenship issues, best practices in citizenship, and innovative approaches to large-scale social change. At an individual level, each team member acts as connector, consultant and catalyst within the company to embed corporate citizenship into the daily decisions and actions of Disney employees.

Tracy was formerly employed as a consultant for the Environmental Defense Fund.

She was an active member of the National Association of Woman MBAs, from where she received a Board of Directors scholarship in 2009.
