The Insights and Integration team is focused on developing enterprise-wide strategies and approaches that consider Disney’s three core citizenship principles: Act and create in an ethical manner, and consider the consequences of our decisions on people and the planet; Champion the happiness and well-being of kids and families in our endeavors; and inspire kids, parents, employees and communities to make a lasting, positive change in the world.
In addition, the team serves as an internal ‘think tank’ on emerging citizenship issues, best practices in citizenship, and innovative approaches to large-scale social change. At an individual level, each team member acts as connector, consultant and catalyst within the company to embed corporate citizenship into the daily decisions and actions of Disney employees.
Tracy was formerly employed as a consultant for the Environmental Defense Fund.
She was an active member of the Graziadio School community, serving as the president of Net Impact, and a committee lead for the school’s SEER program. In addition, she was a founding program member of Graziadio Without Borders, a pro-bono consultancy for social entrepreneurs in developing nations. She was an active member of the National Association of Woman MBAs, from where she received a Board of Directors scholarship in 2009. She also served on the executive committee of TEC, and was nominated by faculty and peers as a Graziadio Emerging Leader.
Tracy completed her undergraduate coursework at the University of California, Irvine, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in 2005. She is a 2011 MBA graduate and SEER certificate holder from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and Management.
