Andrew has joined Encore, Inc., a leading retail software publisher and a wholly owned subsidiary of Navarre Corporation, as vice president of marketing. In this role, he oversees all brand, category, product and sales strategy for Encore including merchandising, advertising, public relations and partnership management. Additionally, he directs the creative services function focused on packaging, point of sale and promotional materials. As a key member of the executive team, Andrew is responsible for further aligning Encore’s messaging around the company’s core competencies of third-party retail development, direct-to-consumer sales, international and OEM services.

With nearly 30 years of experience within corporate management, marketing, licensing, sales, retail, manufacturing, and mergers and acquisitions, Andrew was most recently executive vice president of sales and marketing at Namco Bandai Games America, Inc. Prior to this, Andrew was senior vice president and chief operating officer at Ocean Pacific Apparel Corporation and he has previously served as director of global business development at The Coca-Cola Company in addition to positions at The Walt Disney Company and Ralph Lauren.
