Tom White, MBA ‘84

Tom was recently appointed vice president for leading full-service consultancy Carbon Design Group. His experience, expertise and abilities in strategy, marketing, and development will fuel the firm’s growth domestically and abroad.

Tom began his career at Lockheed where he managed the proposal development and promotion effort for the $70 billion F-22 fighter jet competition. When Lockheed won this highly-sought-after program, he became responsible for promotion of the full range of Lockheed products and programs globally.

Tom’s passion for design’s power to drive business led him to pursue and earn his MBA from Pepperdine. He studied at the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California and earned his Bachelor’s in Industrial Design from California State University, Northridge. He has won more than 15 awards for design and creativity, including the IDSA Merit Award.
