Dharan Mandrayar, MBA ’86

Dharan and his wife Linda  were recently awarded the 3rd Annual Pepperdine University Waves of Service Award at Waves Weekend. Pepperdine University’s Waves of Service is committed to celebrating, supporting, and connecting Pepperdine alumni who are dedicated to volunteerism and careers of service.

The “Seaver Sweethearts” founded The White Rainbow Project, a Christian humanitarian organization dedicated to helping the widows of Vrindavan, India (“The City of Widows”). The organization is based on a movie produced by the couple’s company, Dharlin Entertainment, which creates educational and inspirational films. Their work provides medical and social services to exploited women in need in India. They were selected from a pool of about 300 alumni in service by the Waves of Service Advisory Council.

Dharan earned his MBA from the Graziadio School in 1986 after receiving a BS from Seaver in 1983. Linda received her BA from Seaver in 1984.
